Hmm..todae a rather sucky day..? hai..during training was really shit. startin warm up warm up..then mr wong say run around the sch..warm up the body. then thought aiya..1 round nia..somemore slow jog..no kick lar. tmd!!! i was wrong, damn wrong! after running he told us to run 2.4km !!! i O.O no!!! =x then hai..run run lo. then chiong three rounds. hahahaha..starting, hy, yd, km all chiong together. end up i last man standing. lol..jk jk jk..bloody fooker lor, the mr wong. wah liew, thought got timing then run run run..don't know how fast..if 8mins + then song ar. after 2.4km. rest a while..get ready for sprinting. mr wong say sprint one round below the timing of 2min 20secs can rest no need run one more round.
Hmm..then i ran with team 1. got razif, hy, ganesh, yd and somemore don't know who. hahahax..then chiong all the way ar..till the side gate there..thighs and leg muscle start to cramp. but mus bear in mind..if below 2mins 20secs..i can rest..so push myself over the limit. chiong dao siao..came in at 2mins 15secs. reach main gate whole thighs and leg cramp dao siao..groan like siao sia. then wah, relax a while..finally ok ok..then slowly walk back to bball court. hahaa..on the way, another mr wong[this mr wong nt handsome one old old de] then ask me am i the one who beat shaiwal in 100m. hahahaha. reply him a yes and tell him my timing..tmd give me shock face. don't think malays are always the best ar..u think chinese cannot ar. then all the soccer players outside there askin me.."eh boy, u beat shaiwal ar..?" lol..like cannot meh? wazz ur prob.
after that go to bball court straight away peng on the ground and rest. then they come back and train then wah, faster wake up train with them. tmd, head giddy like siao. but aiya..wanna train train as a team ar..mai kay lan like who..? J....hahahhaa. don't wanna say..after that giddy make some blunders..rest my mind and focus. after tat tok to myself. hahaha.."wanna train..give out my best if not don't train" then ok steady i wanna train then give all out. hahahaax..but later part of the training was terrible bah. lost my cool. wah, like so long le..now lose out. hai..because teammates are making me running contiunously non-stop till i bth. then fucked up and shouted at them. hai..then everyone saw it. hai..it was so ugly..but i could'nt hold on anymore. my knee is pain and they all not taking any chances at all..and the opponents gettin more arrogant. dulan le, i one-man lor. then get back a bit..then ok fine i distribute. after that very tired le. i heck care liao.
after that had a good talk with mr tan and a good talking from coach.ok fine. my fault. i got nothing to say. then faster rush off to meet dear after ttraining. but meet a while nia. hai..sian. come home do homework..till 10 come online. hahahax.
tml finally can see doc on my knee. hope it will be fine bah. mus pray hard. hmm, but have to skip u-15 training. hai, coach i did'nt really mean it. i'm jus very unhappy in the team and
could'nt express myself very well in the team. my attendance for u-15 really sux alot..but mid-year coming i gonna focus i score well. i have to. then i can get some rewards..which is? maybe more freedom bah..hope so. nite blog. hahaha..first time say gd nite to my blog. =s eyes is gettin weak. gonna stop le bth.
